Here are some telltale signs:

What extra services can I expect?
After the massage, the attendant will normally ask if you want "extra service." Here is what will typically happen after:
Attendant will lick you all over. She will typically concentrate on your nipples but some will also go for the neck, ears, lips, knees, and toes.
Then, the attendants will give you a BJ. At this point, most of them will put a condom.
Some attendants will go for your testicles. Some will just lick while others will put it inside her mouth.
Some attendants will rim job you (i.e., lick your butt hole) but many fool you by wetting their finger and rubbing the hole instead.
Coming in mouth is ok if there is condom. If you come without a condom, attendant may treat that as the "extra."
Then when you are ready, attendants will go for the straight sex. Positions can be varied and totally up to you.

Normally they open at 12 noon and close at 3 am. But some (like Palacio Don Pedro) are open 24 hours.

Depends on attendant. No harm in asking. Typically the cost is the same as the "extra service" cost plus additional for transportation. You will, of course, have to shoulder room and board.

Most will give a mobile number.
Can I reserve an attendant?
You can call the massage parlor and ask to reserve. Most massage parlors allow you to reserve, especially if you are a regular guest. At the very least, you can check the attendant's schedule and see if she has arrived in the parlor.
I have selected an attendant but I changed my mind. Can I ask for a replacement?
Normally yes, but most massage parlors allow a grace period. 15 minutes I think. Of course once the service starts you cannot change.
